Hey guys, just seeing if anyone is interested in buying my lightly used ALTA exhaust(~5000kms on it)? It was purchased new for $780, with shipping and C.O.D it ended up being close to $1000. It is a single sided exhaust (ie: one muffler instead of two) which shaves ~30lbs from the stock exhaust. Its full 2.5" stainless steel piping with the latest "v-band" type connectors to ensure no exhaust leaks. I'm heading to AMVIV and am looking into an RMW exhaust to match better with my header. Anyways, I'm looking to get ~$550 for it so let me know if you're interested! Thanks

Here's a pic of the older style ALTA with the 2-bolt connectors (mine has v-band connectors) but other than that its the same.

not sure, but he's not making them anymore, said they were too much $$$ to produce. I think i'm going to milltek, we'll see.

Are you sure any off the shelf system would quiet down that header other than a hushpower resonator?

Milltek is BIG cash to spend to find out still too loud due to header . . .

Just too loud on highway or what? City seemed fine to me . . . last time I drove the BEAST.

. . .of course my magnaflow is NOT quiet and drones on the highway - but I like the sound in the City.

Why don't you look at a custom system from an exhaust shop - I bet they could put something together that would work . . . probably be cheaper than paying shipping on a Milltek . . . more bang for buck?
