Im only new to the whole car club deal! So I have just invested in my first Mini!! Picking it up as of tomorrow.

My Baby:

Its only a 2003 Mini Cooper, not the 'S' =[ But Its still a mini!!

Its a Pure Silver body on Pure Silver roof. I'm looking to spend some money on tune ups, body upgrades etc, make him look and sound amazing! =] So any websites or specialized dealers references would be great!

The problem =[ I have to sell my current truck until I am able to drive my Mini! So until then Hes going to sit in my garage getting pampered!

I live down in High River and work at a company called Footes Glass, located in Okotoks. I specialize in Windshield replacement which is lucky as my new baby needs a new one. I actually saw in the Banter post about the clips that companys snap and then charge you extra for, we would not charge you for, and usually we are cheaper than the most. We are a 6 man company and we are family run.

I have lived in Canada for 4 years this coming Septemeber, and my family and I moved from South Wales.

Anyways This is starting to look like a small essay!

I bought my mini used as well. And these forums helped me out alot about certain noises and questions about is that suppose to be like that. They also have a mods ection and plenty of other real good info. I spent days reading over stuff in there. Tons of info and alot of good help.

Just be sure to use the search function before you try to ask anything. Sometimes they get a little upset.

I finally got a chance to put the summer wheels on. I had forgotten how much better the cornering and road feel is with high performance non-runflats.

And as an extra bonus, each tire only lost 2 pounds of air pressure since being taken off in early November!
